Sales Executive - Ixxus Professional Services

Location is open to home office in the US and UK.

 

The Opportunity

 

Do you have direct customer facing experience in a professional services business development role? Our selected candidate will be responsible for leading Ixxus’ mid-tier (defined businesses with $35m to $1bn) business development in the Enterprise Content Management space. Experience in markets such as publishing and pharma where content management and integration solutions are in high demand will be welcomed.  

 

Responsibilities to include

  • Formulating a sales plan in conjunction with marketing to develop lead generation activities as required to achieve the targets
  • Managing entire sales process from lead to closure
  • Proactively developing own prospects to supplement marketing lead gen activities as required
  • Working with marketing to develop targeted sales messages and creative campaigns to generate new business
  • Maintaining record of all activities in the Ixxus CRM system, ensuring it is up to date at all times.
  • Providing accurate and timely sales re-forecasting on a monthly basis. To provide corrective actions for any material deviations from budgets
  • Providing other reports and KPI as agreed with management
  • Promoting and maintaining the brand reputation of the business for high quality work
  • Providing support for marketing events, conferences
  • Working with partner sales representatives to generate, progress and convert leads
  • Travel (up to 50%) both domestic and international

 

Essential requirements

  • Experience selling workflow, analytics, data, content integration and SaaS solutions is the sweet spot
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of solution or consultancy selling (not product)
  • Self-starter; proven record generating leads, managing own pipeline, closing business on own and exceeding sales targets
