Product Manager

CCC is looking for a detail oriented and focused multitasker with a technical aptitude.  Our Product Manager role is both strategic and analytical and requires a great deal of energy. You get to be technical, analytical, creative and a complex problem solver, in a very diverse, fast growing and challenging market.  Intricately involved in the full product life cycle, from research, design and launch to marketing and support you will shape the future of our leading-edge products and services.   The position is all about a globally oriented individual who has experience in product management and product marketing and is passionate about results.   

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Perform market research to understand our users, their respective workflows, and business needs
  • Translate user and market requirements into business requirements to be consumed by engineering and professional services counterparts
  • Develop detailed user and buyer personas
  • Conduct competitive analysis and other research projects as needed
  • Help diagnose and resolve user support issues


  • Design user flows and high-level behavior for new products/features as appropriate
  • Work with user interface designers to create modern, clean mockups
  • Team with marketing to develop various positioning strategies and programs for products and ensure achievement of all market objectives and revenue goals.
  • Provide training to channel partners and employees and ensure optimal product knowledge to effectively market CCC against competitors


  • Monitor inquiries and issues for products and ensure timely response and resolution
  • Ensure optimal performance standards and data integrity of products
  • Collaborate with product development teams using Agile Scrum to develop new products and features – on time and within budget – that solve customer problems and deliver value


  • Work with the Director to produce innovative, and targeted solutions to market problems
  • Interface with employees from other departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and professional services, to gather requirements and coordinate projects
  • Collaborate with publishers, customers, partners as needed; develop strong relationships with thought leaders
  • Travel 10-20% to industry meetings, customer sites, conduct product concept reviews, or help close a large sale

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3 plus years in software or technical product management
  • Experience working within Scrum or other Agile development environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with ability to apply structure to complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
